Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for Fintax Support Limited to deliver services. You are responsible for the accuracy of documents and data submitted to us. Failure to provide required information may delay service delivery or affect compliance outcomes. Clients must notify Fintax Support Limited promptly of any changes to their business circumstances that may affect our engagement.
Fees & Payment
Fees for services provided by Fintax Support Limited will be outlined in a proposal, engagement letter, or service agreement. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted methods, will be specified at the time of engagement. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services as outlined in the applicable agreement.
Limitation of Liability
